So as the title of this post states, we have many decisions to be making for this upcoming year.
When I went in for my most recent OB appointment we found out that our little girl is still Breech. The Dr told us that it is nothing to worry about as things change all the time but if the baby is still like that closer to the end of my pregnancy that we would most likely have to do a C-Section. I have gotten advice from family and friends but it is still ultimately up to us on what we decide to do. Hopefully our little girl decides to go head first and then we won't have to worry about it :)
Daniel and I have also been talking about what we want to put on our Dream Sheet for the Airforce. For those of you who forgot, a Dream Sheet is a list of places that you want to be sent to after this base. You can choose up to 8 and when the time comes for you to PCS, then they go over that list and see whether or not you are needed at your first choice base and then so on until they can find you somewhere to live. We definietly want to go back to the states if possible so that we can be closer to family and not be thousands of miles away. We for sure have picked one in Colorado (where my family is) and one in Texas (where Daniel's family is) and then a few all over. A few on the East Coast and a few on the West Coast and then one in Hawaii!
Hopefully everything will begin to fall into place for us and that the Lord will guide us in the direction that we need to be.

The Holiday's are upon us :)
Another year has almost come and gone. This last year was a big one for us. With Daniel joining the military and with us expecting our first child. We couldn't be more grateful for what the Lord has given us and the strength that he sees in us to take upon this endeavors.
This holiday season is definietly going to be different for us as we are not going to be near family for the holidays. I may not show it and I may not say it but I sure do miss my family. It is very hard for me not to be near family during this time of the year. I have been trying to keep myself busy so that I don't think about it. Daniel has to be on call this Christmas so we've decided to continue our tradition of celebrating on Christmas Eve. We've done this in the past as we have always gone to by Dad's on Christmas Day. I plan on making just a simple Christmas dinner (nothing like Thanksgiving dinner, LOL). We have also decided not to worry about giving gifts to each other this year. We both know that we are hard to buy for so we've decided to just spend our money on family and then on things for the baby.
For those of you who don't know, we have announced that we are having a little GIRL! We are so excited to welcome this little bundle of joy to our family!!!
I hope this holiday season brings you much joy and happiness :)

Happy Holidays
So, another holiday has come and gone.
This Thanksgiving we hosted it at our new place. We invited our neighbors from downstairs (these are the same neighbors who helped us out before we had a car.) I decided I wanted to make all of the Thanksgiving food by myself and let me tell you, I will NEVER do it all by myself again. I was so exhausted by the end of the night that I could barely keep my eyes open. I did a Ham (no turkey for us as Daniel doesn't like it,) mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing (made from scratch), green bean casserole, rolls (made from scratch), deviled eggs and a cheese/sausage platter. I also made 2 pumpkin pecan pies (OMG, are these good. Thank you Cindy Holyoak for the recipe.) It was fun and like my sister always says, I love being the little homemaker; but I was a hard job.
Now it's on to Christmas. We are hoping to be able to start shopping for Christmas presents here soon as it takes so long for the gifts to make it back to the states.
Our baby is still growing and doing well. We go back and see the Dr for my next appointment on Dec 4. We have found out the sex but since a few family members still don't know, we are going to wait and say what it is.

Baby Tyree
So as you read in my last post, we have found out the sex of the baby but aren't revealing anything just yet. Once our families find out, we will include everyone else in the reveal :)
Hopefully our little baby will start to move soon. From what the doctor has said as well as family and friends, I should be feeling it already or soon at least. My sister has told me that now that she is pregnant with her second child that she can tell much earlier what is a baby kick and what isn't. I'm sure I'm feeling it but don't know it. :)
I go in next week for the fun glucsoe test. I did it with my doctor back in the states when I first found out I was pregnant and it was NOT fun!! I've never passed out in my life and this was the first time. I don't have very good blood veins and the nurse that was trying to take my blood had to stick me 3 times and by the 3rd time, I was not feeling well. I kept feeling like I was going to pass out and then the nurse asked me if I was ok. I told her that I felt like I was going to pass out so she stopped and she said that she can and stood right in front of me and tried talking to me. She said that I was looking right at her and then all of a sudden my eyes rolled in the back of my head and I passed out. Next thing I knew, I was being shook awake by another nurse and was trying to get me to talk to her and make sure I was ok. I swear passing out isn't meant to be fun but boy it was hard especially since I was by myself at this appointment. Hopefully when I go in next week, all will go well.
Not much else is going on with Baby Tyree. We are starting to stock pile everything to get ready for our little one and is it just SOOOO much fun :)

And so our adventure begins
OK, I know.....bad me.....I haven't posted in about 9 months. Honestly, I forgot that I had started blog as we have just been so busy with our lives.
OK....so I mentioned in my last post that we had some big changes in our lives but I couldn't say what. Well I think now that 9 months have passed that I can finally share the big news.
Daniel has joined the Air Force!!!!!!!
In January, Daniel came to me and expressed that he was interested in joining the service. He knew that wanted to join the Air Force as he eventually wanted to become a pilot. He finally decided to go to a recruiter's office in town in March and expressed interest and wanted to know what he needed to do. About 2 weeks went by and we never heard anything. Daniel called the recruiter back and found out that we didn't know if he was going to be able to make it on time as the age limit to join was 28 (he was to be turning 28 in June.) The recruiter said that he would do what he could for him and try and push up his paperwork and get him through quicker. (I've heard that the process can take quite a while....I have a friend who it took 7 months from when she expressed interest to when she started BMT.) Little did we know that in just a few short weeks that he would be leaving. Daniel got all his paperwork finished and we just had to wait and see what they could find for him. About a week later, Daniel called up Alysha and said that he found out that they had found him a job and that he would leaving for BMT (basic military training) in just over a week. BRING ON THE STRESS! Between trying to make sure that Daniel had everything he needed to leave, trying to spend time with each other and doing all the fun things that we knew he would miss ((who knew that a person could miss CHIPOTLE (a Mexican restaurant) so much.))
BMT lasted 8 weeks and it was both physically hard and emotionally hard for the both of us. More emotional for me as I didn't get to speak with him. Daniel was able to call me a total of 3 times and that was it. Thankfully each and every time he called, I was able to answer it and wasn't working. Daniel graduated on May 30, 2014 and thankfully I was able to make it out there to Texas for his graduation (thanks to his parents who helped out with my ticket.) I was also joined by his parents and all his siblings. It was great that they were all able to be there and be there to see him. Technical training came next and that lasted another 8 weeks....unfortunately it lasted more like 10 weeks because he had to wait for his orders to be ready before he could leave. This time around we were able to speak alot more often and did so every day and every night! :)
About 2-3 weeks into Daniel's tech school training, he called me up and let me know that he found out where we would be stationed next. They have what is called a Dream Sheet and basically it's every place that you wish to be sent to. Italy was number 1 for us and then it was a few places around the states....a few on the east coast and a few on the west coast as well as one in Colorado and one in Texas. Daniel called me up and we found out that we would be going to....wait for it....GERMANY!
We were both so excited to be going overseas even thought we would both be so far away from our families now.
Daniel traveled to Germany at the beginning of September and unfortunately I had to wait as my passport hadn't arrived yet. Note to self: never go a no-fee passport again as you can't have it expedited. If I had paid for it myself, then I could have had it expedited and we could have flown into Germany together.
So, with that out of the way.....onto some other good news......I found out in July that I was expecting our first child.
We couldn't be more excited and are so grateful that the Lord has provided us with this child. When I found out, I had to tell Daniel over Skype as he was still in technical school. We decided to wait to tell my family as well as his so that he could see the expression on everyone's face. Unfortunately, since I was living with my dad and step mom at the time, they figured it out. With all the morning sickness and not wanting to eat, or eating very little compared to what I used to eat, they figured it out. When Daniel came home, we went out to dinner with my family and informed them of the news. My sister who is also pregnant was able to share the news at the same time, so that was nice that we were kind of able to plan it together. My sister-in-law is also pregnant.....gotta say, it must be something in the water....lol.
I am due in March (as well as both my sister and sister-in-law.) We have already started buying baby things and thankfully we are still able to find what we want even though we live here in Germany. Although, I do miss Walmart....I swear the prices out here are a little ridiculous and I just wish I could go to Walmart and finding something that was good quality but cheap. We are already stocking piling the baby's room with clothes and what not and thankfully we were able to buy a crib the other day as well.
We do know the sex and will be telling everyone very soon but for now, you'll just have to wait :)

New year means new changes!!!!!!
So, recently Daniel and I have made a few new changes in our lives. Unfortunately, until everything is final, I can't give away too many details. I know what a lot of you are thinking and no, I'm not pregnant and no we aren't trying. Isn't it funny when every time you say that you have news to share that people automatically think that you are pregnant. I can't tell you how many times that after Daniel and I got married and when I got sick that everyone asked, "are you pregnant?" Not only was it frustrating to hear that but it was also annoying. Daniel and I are ready to be parents and we are wanting children but we know that Heavenly Father has a plan for us and that when our time is right, that Heavenly father will let us know.
I am going to keep this post short and sweet. I promise that next time I write that I will let you know what our changes are because the changes in our lives are going to change our future and we are VERY excited to see what lies ahead.

Wow! Where to begin! I would like to say thank you to my friend Rayann Moses who inspired me to start this blog. I realized that I can get all my feelings out there without being judged as well as let everyone know how we are doing.
Man, where do I begin!!! This new year has brought a lot of things to my attention. Daniel and I realized that we are needing to pull ourselves out of debt. We aren't over our heads but we don't want to have money hanging over our heads forever. So for 2014, that is our main goal. If we could get out of debt, I know that our lives could be so much less stress.
Daniel started his second semester of school and he is loving it. He is going to school to get his associates of applied sciences to get a degree in IT. The main reason for this is so that he can get out of his dead end job and so that I can be a stay at home mom with our future children one day.
I (alysha), am still working at Joann's and I love it. A few years ago, i got promoted to he OTL and got a huge raise! I love Joann's and enjoy the people that I work with.
So, let me get back to those future children that I was talking about. Daniel and I are really looking forward to starting a family. Unfortunately, we are waiting for right now as I want to be a stay at home mom and right now I can't do that as I make the most money. Again, that is one reason thst Daniel is going back to school. I know that when the time is right that god will send us thst children that are meant for us. It is so hard having to wait and even harder when I hers about all my friends who are pregnant; go figure, when I was single all I would hear about was everyone else getting a boyfriend, then it was everyone else getting married, now it's children. If it's not one thing then it's another. Again, I know that when the time is right that Daniel and I will be more than ready to be parents.
I think that's enough for now. Hopefully this can not only help me get everything out in he open but let everyone know about our lives. I only ask one thing, if you have a comment, please feel free to leave it but if you have anything negative to say then please keep it to yourself.
Thanks and until next time :)
